Holidays

Holiday lists are taken from government notifications. Governments can revise holidays, especially those that depend on moon sighting. District Collectors can also declare local holidays. For leave, travel or legal deadlines, confirm with the official notification or your employer.

Festival and panchangam data

Malayalam dates, naal, tithi and timings are calculated for Thiruvananthapuram with the conventions described on how we calculate. Different panchangams may use other places or rules and differ by a day or a few minutes.

For rituals, muhurtham and temple events, follow your family priest, astrologer or the temple concerned.
